Team Walsh

This week I was lucky enough to have my sister (Gerker), brother in law (Joe), nephew (Keane) and my mom come to Texas for Thanksgiving. It seems around the holidays I always get a little homesick. So it was nice to have them here. We did the usual Thanksgiving traditions. Turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls and gravy. Yep, real good artery clogging food. And it was real good!!! I enjoyed it all. I think the highlight for me was having my son and nephew play together and to have my mom see Conor for the first time in his life. It was so nice.

While Becca was here she took pictures of us and the kids. She did and amazing job, any of you in the Phoenix area and you would like some pictures taken...I would recommend her. She is great. Me and the boys, try not to notice I'm making Conor sit there against his will. He wanted to go play in the yard with Keane. Handsome kids. I love this picture because Conor has his arm around Anthony and Jaren is holding his hand. You can see how much they love each other.

This is totally a Jaren face. This picture captured Jaren totally. Anthony always has to be different. He is the crazy kid. Likes to do things different than anybody. Here are the cousins together. Jaren, Anthony, Keane and Conor. Me and my little man! Love this kid!

Nice example of my son NOT wanting to share. No he isn't a brat!?!Later that afternoon the boys were out playing and they both decided it was time to pose for some pictures. And then she got the money shot.....AWWWW!

I'm thankful for my family, thankful for the boys in my life. I'm thankful Anthony is the awesome big brother that he is. He cares about his little brothers so much and would do anything to keep them safe. I'm thankful for Jaren and his sweet quiet personality. He is always so eager to please. I'm thankful for the special way he is with Conor. Of course my life would not be the same without my little Conor. I'm so thankful he is the little boy I had. He makes me happy everyday. My life, my husband is the man of my dreams. He has a special way about him. He loves his boys with everything in him. He would do anything for his family, if there was something more he could do, he would. I love him, and the man he is, and the dad he is.

I'm thankful for my sister and the person she is. She has a good heart and she always wants to make the people around her happy. I'm thankful for Joe and the eagerness he has to make Becca happy. I'm glad he stayed up late and played games with us. I'm so happy to have Keane in our lives. He is so patient with Conor and I'm glad they had some time together.

I'm thankful for the parents I have. My mom has so much love to give, and she tries to give it to everyone around her. I'm thankful for my dad and the rock he is in my life. He has always been the one to put me in my place if I need it, but at the same time he is there if I need someone to listen to me.

I'm thankful for my "other mother". She is more to me than she will ever know. She has taught me so much in the short amount of time she has been in my life, things that make me the person I am today. I'm grateful for that. I'm glad I have my two big little brothers in my life. They are the brothers I never had and have always wanted too. I love them both very much.

I'm thankful for my sister in law and the two beautiful girls she has. They make me smile everyday. I wish we were closer and could be around each other more. I'm thankful for my mother in law and the way she gets excited about her grandsons. She is always so happy to see them and that makes me happy.

I'm thankful for the few friends I have that I get to talk to on a weekly if not daily basis. They make my life better and I wouldn't be the same without them.

As you can see I have a lot to be thankful for and that is why my life is so great. I have all these people in my life to make my life better. Wow!
