Happy Easter

We have a little tradition that we have done two years in a row now. At Easter we have our friends Roy and Sandi come over and we do Thanksgiving dinner. We love turkey, can't get enough of it. We have dinner then we hide eggs for the kids. Some of the eggs have candy, some have money, and some have numbers. At the end the kids come in and open their eggs and make sure each one has the same amount of numbers then we give them the prize that is connected to that number. It is a fun time, and the kids really like finding the eggs. Last year we had an ice storm right before Easter, this year it was rainy and cold. I guess we just know the weather is going to be yucky! Here are a few pictures of our Easter.

Conor finds his first egg pretty easy. We hid some really easy for him, of course we had to tell the older kids that they couldn't get those.
Jaren took time out to pose with Conor. They were busy running around finding all the eggs hidden under stuff, and in trees!

Classic Conor face, "What are they all running around for?"

Then we found out what was inside! Candy, yum!

Now it is time to sort things out! The kids all wanted to know what they were going to get for prizes. That is the best part.
Then I got this really good picture of the kids. We were watching the Bee movie and all three kids were sitting on the couch watching. It was so cute, my little family together, just chillin. It is so rare to see Conor sitting in one place not moving around, love it!

Wow! Great tradition! I'm excited for Keane to be able to understand what that's all about. Right now he would be content just chewing on a wrapper.
