We had our 2nd Annual Cookie extravaganza this year. For some reason there wasn't as many cookies as last year...but I still made a double batch. (Becca, did we double-double the batch last year) Anywho it turned out to be a great success and everybody got in on the action.
Grandpa Drew helped cut out the cookies and then cook them. Jaren would decorate then eat them, he always did like to decorate cookies. About as many as he could eat then he was done.
Anthony's a trooper. He sits and frosts until we are pretty well done. He is in it for the long haul.
Conor...well he was the sprinkle eater...and mess maker. But he had fun.
Grandma Elaine was in charge of the frosting, and making sure Conor didn't dump all the sprinkles out on the floor.
When Cory and Tim got home from closing the store down they got in on the cookie action too. Once again, I think more were eaten than decorated.
It was good, and there just enough cookies to have it be enjoyable and not to overwhelming. .
These were their Christmas Eve gifts. Every year we open a gift on Christmas Eve. This year Conor got an Aqua Doodle (best thing ever) and the boys got learning laptops. They enjoyed playing on them all night.
These are Conor's Santa gifts, he LOVES Hot Wheel cars. The little ATV in the back, every time we went to Wal-Mart Con would try to get on that and ride it. I think Santa did good.
Jaren thought he got Triskets, they are not his favorite. But there was a Webkins stuck inside it.
Conor thought we would take some pictures. Crazy kid!
Conor got this little Cardinals uniform from his Grandma Elaine. I think it may have been more for his Dad, but he enjoys putting the helmet on.
We had a great Christmas. Now it it time to look forward to the new year. I hope eveyone's Christmas was outstanding and I hope the new year brings good things to everyone.
